Yoga
Yoga here is less about the shape and more about the presence you bring to it. Through mindful movement, conscious breath and moments of stillness, each practice invites you to meet yourself exactly where you are.
Yin asks you to stay — long, supported holds that release tension held deep in the connective tissue and quieten a busy nervous system.
Hatha and Vinyasa build strength, mobility and steadiness, linking breath to movement so the mind has somewhere soft to rest.
Pranayama and meditation close each practice — simple breathing techniques that settle the body, sharpen clarity and carry calm well beyond the mat.
Practices are slow, considered and suited to busy lives. Beginners are genuinely welcome; every posture can be softened or supported.
