About me

A quiet invitation to reconnect.

I came to this work the way many of us do—quietly, after spending too long caught up in the busyness of everyday life.

Like so many people, I was constantly doing, giving and moving from one thing to the next. Along the way, I realised how easy it is to lose connection with yourself.

Yoga became the place where I could slow down. A place to breathe, to listen and to simply be. It reminded me that wellbeing isn’t about doing more—it’s about creating space to come home to yourself.

The One Living was born from that experience.

It’s my way of offering back what these practices have given me: permission to slow down, to reconnect with yourself and to feel at home in your body again.

At the heart of The One Living is a simple invitation:

  • Receive stillness through yoga, meditation and moments of quiet.
  • Receive touch through Heartworks Lomi Lomi and nurturing hands-on care.
  • Receive rest in a space where nothing is expected of you.
  • Receive kindness in the way you’re welcomed, supported and cared for.
  • Receive connection — to yourself, to your body, to nature and to the present moment.

Today, that looks like sharing yoga, Heartworks Lomi Lomi, The Receive Ritual or a journal entry—each offering a quiet invitation to receive stillness, touch, rest, kindness and connection.

In time, my hope is to expand The One Living to include workshops, retreats and The One Gift Experience—thoughtfully curated moments and offerings that encourage people to slow down, connect and care for themselves and those they love.

Whether you’re joining me for a class, receiving a treatment, reading a journal entry or simply finding a quiet moment here, my hope is that you leave feeling a little lighter, a little calmer and a little more connected than when you arrived.

This isn’t about striving for perfection.
It’s about creating space to pause, breathe and simply receive.

I’m so glad you’re here.
